These terms of use define the conditions under which users may access the ImmoAgg website. ImmoAgg is an aggregator of Belgian real estate listings and a provider of territorial data. We calculate living environment scores and publish neighborhood audit reports. We do not act as a real estate agent, broker, or financial advisor.
2. Access and User Accounts
Access to basic features is free. Certain options, such as unlimited saved searches or detailed audit report downloads, require the creation of a user account or a paid subscription. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
3. Intellectual Property
The entire platform (general structure, design, layout, scoring algorithms, logos, and analytical texts) is the exclusive property of ImmoAgg SRL. Any reproduction, copying, or automated extraction (scraping) of our data without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Security, environmental, and municipal income indicators, as well as serenity scores and audit reports, are generated based on statistical approximations and public sources. This information does not constitute official legal or financial advice and in no way replaces standard checks (e.g., physical viewings, cadastral registry checks, planning permission verifications). ImmoAgg cannot be held liable for decisions made based on these indicators.
5. External Links and Source Listings
ImmoAgg references listings from third-party platforms and agency websites. We decline all responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability, photos, or prices displayed on the original websites to which we redirect users.
6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of use are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms, and in the absence of an amicable settlement, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
