1. Data Controller
The ImmoAgg website is published by ImmoAgg SRL (Email: contact@immoagg.be). ImmoAgg acts as the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Personal Data Collected
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. This includes: your email address (for account creation and sending search alerts), your name or alias, language preference, saved searches, and favorited properties. Technical data (anonymized IP address, browser type) is also collected for security purposes.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
Your data is processed to perform our contractual obligations (account management and sending requested search alerts) and based on our legitimate interest (site security and fraud prevention). Analytical cookies are used only with your prior consent.
4. Cookie Policy
ImmoAgg uses technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function (remembering dark/light mode preference and session state). Third-party analytical cookies (Google Analytics / GA4) are loaded only after your explicit consent via our cookie banner. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time.
5. Data Recipients and Sharing
Your personal data is strictly confidential and is never sold or rented to third parties. It is only shared with our technical subcontractors essential for hosting the platform (Cloudflare), database services (Supabase), and email delivery (Sender.net).
6. Data Retention Period
User account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. After 3 years of inactivity, your data will be automatically deleted. Anonymized statistics are kept for a maximum of 14 months.
7. Your Rights and Complaints (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your personal data, as well as the right to restrict processing. You can exercise these rights directly via your dashboard or by emailing contact@immoagg.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD).
