(longer stays upon request) – Suitable for interns, academics and young professionals – Single occupancy – Quiet, non-smoking environment – Not for tourist rental – Temporary registration may be possible for clearly defined mid-term stays (internship, study or temporary work). Rental process: After booking through the platform, a structured rental agreement with additional terms and conditions applies. After the initial booking, rent is paid monthly and is due each time 10 days before the start of the next rental month. Applicants may be asked to provide additional information before confirmation.
