Our apartment in the Cadix area in Antwerp is available for a short term rental while we are out of town. Great location close to the MAS, supermarket, bars and restaurants, playgrounds and public transport. Furnished, bright and spacious (around 100m2). It has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and one that can function as office or nursery/kids bedroom. The perfect short term solution for a person, couple, family (max 2 small kids), or 2 separate people who know each other well each renting one room. - Duration of stay from en of August 2026 for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months. *No domicile possible* - The price is 1200 euro per month + 200 euro for fixed costs (shared building costs, water, gas, electricity, and WiFi). - Equipped with all amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, 6 pit gas oven etc. Get in touch if you want more pictures or details!
