Bathroom: Features a shower, sink, and toilet. Welcome Amenities & Supplies We provide complimentary amenities and supplies upon arrival to enhance your stay. Other Things to Note: This property is offered under a minimum 91-day occupancy agreement. The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. Additional cleaning: Available upon request for an extra fee. Check-out policy: A 30-minute grace period after 11 AM, with late fees applying afterward.
