We offer both short-term and long-term stay options, with short-term rates starting from three months. Our long-term rates, starting from twelve months, are also available if you plan on staying longer. Our prices include internet, waste collection, water, electricity, and cleaning of the studio and bathroom. We also provide bed linen change and clean towels, ensuring that you always have a fresh and hygienic living space. We understand that enjoying your own place is important, and that is why we offer daily permanence from our resident concierge and weekly handyman service, so you can focus on what really matters with peace of mind.
