The location is absolutely perfect for an intern or professional working at UZ Leuven Campus Gasthuisberg or in Brussels! 🚌🏥 I am a single mom living here together with my lovely 9-year-old daughter and our two very friendly dogs🐾. Because we value our family peace and I telework a few days a week, we are strictly looking for a female tenant (student, intern, or young expat) who is clean, quiet, loves dogs, and works or studies on campus or at the office during the week (this room is not suitable for full-time teleworkers). Facilities: A nice bedroom equipped with a single bed and a wardrobe . Shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet via the hallway. (Please note: there is no washing machine available in the house, but excellent laundromats are nearby). Privacy: The layout of the house is optimal: you can access your room directly via the stairs without passing through our private living room or bedrooms. The living room and the garden remain 100% private for our family. Rent: € 590- per month basic rent + € 150,- per month fixed fee for utilities (completely ALL-IN: water, electricity, heating, high-speed internet, and free dog cuddles!). Total: € 740,- per month.
