Flatmate wanted near train station in Oud-Heverlee (Leuven) for 3 to 6 months, flexible move-in after mid-August - FURNISHED (work in progress ;) ) Hiya! I'm 31 and moving to Leuven to start a post-doc at KU Leuven, after 5 years living in Scotland. Looking for a flatmate to share a lovely little house with me for around 6 months. About me: Queer, neurodivergent, vegan and into rugby, I love outdoorsy stuffs; out most evenings doing something active. I also love cats, horses and cosy romantasy. I speak french, hoping to learn dutch soon. About you: A working professional, post-doc, or research exchange visitor, and you need a place, please get in touch, I am mostly looking for someone nice to live with: clean, respectful, and tidy. Mega plus if you are into gardening, as I would love to start a gardening adventure. I’d love to share meals and movie from times to times but generally busy. Mega plus if you are a FLINTA person. About the house: Cute house in Oud-Heverlee, with a lovely little garden, it has separate kitchen and bathroom, two rooms with an extra separated toilets. I am currently furnishing the room, and happy to arrange your room's setup that works best for you. It will have dishwasher, washing machine and fridge (obviously). Move-in date is flexible any time after mid-August. The house will be fully furnished (Promise it'll be great and cosy) Location & nature: It’s very quiet, in the middle of a beautiful nature reserve and a huge forest just next door (Merdaalhof), ice cream shop just a short walk away, and 17 minutes by bike, or 20 minutes by bus/train, to the main campus (I can provide a spare bike). Price: Price is 750euros per month (including everything)
