After almost 2 years, my flatmate is moving out to start a new chapter in her life. We are looking for a tenant to take over her place in a lovely shared triplex apartment in Brussels, Woluwé-Saint-Lambert, in a very beautiful and safe residential area, 2 min. walk to Joséphine-Charlotte metro station and to the Avenue Georges Henry, less than 10 min walk from Montgomery. Well connected area to metro and transports. 🏡 150 m2 4-bedroom triplex, fully furnished. The house has a common kitchen-living area, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a small terrasse , a storage room and a garage for bikes. 🚿 Private bathroom (sink and shower), one toilet on each floor (the room is the only one on the bottom floor, so the toilet is used privately). 👩 Shared flat with 3 girls: two 27-year-old and 32-year-old French girls, one Italian 37-year-old (me). They are calm, tidy, but sociable. We all have our lives and privacy, but enjoy each others company.
