Good public transport (metro Albert to the EU quarter). Fast access to Zaventem or Charleroi airports via the South Train Station. In case you have a car, you can obtain a parking permit for 30 Euro a year upon your registration with the municipality. ✔️Rental conditions: Monthly rent is 800 Euro plus 180 Euro charges.
